If you are familiar with vintage trailer rallies, great! However this is nothing like that, this is a show. We secure the location with perimeter fencing, nighttime security lighting and on-site security guards. Owners deliver their trailer on site Friday before 4pm. Owners are not allowed to stay in their trailers and are given a hotel room on Friday and Saturday nights as compensation for this. Owners are expected to be with their trailers during show times, Saturday 10am to 4pm and Sunday 10am to 3pm. Volunteer Docents are assigned based on availability to assist Owners with presenting their trailers and assisting the public. Saturday night at 6pm there is a hosted pool side cocktail party with drinks and appetizers. At the party 4 awards will be presented. One will be the People's Choice award as gauged by the public vote the others will be the Best of Modernism, Best Small Trailer, and Best Staging. as assigned by select judges. All of these things are provided for the minimal registration amount of $125. ​

Early trailer arrival on Thursday is possible with advanced notice. If you would like to place your trailer on Thursday. please notify Brad that you will be doing so.

There will be security on site nightly Thursday through Sunday You will need to arrange your own accommodations for Thursday night.
